We spent our first two decades doing one thing: engineering software that businesses depend on — web platforms, mobile apps, and the unglamorous systems that keep operations running. That work taught us something most AI consultancies never learn: what it takes to make technology survive contact with a real business.
When AI became practical, we didn't pivot — we extended. We trained our engineering workforce on LLMs, RAG systems and MLOps, so that when a client asks "what should we do about AI?", the people answering are the same people who will build it.
